Bu Koşullar, VetDosage mobil uygulamasını indirmeniz ve kullanmanız için geçerlidir. Koşullar, girişten sonra beyan ekranındaki onay kutusu işaretlenerek kabul edilir. Kişisel verileriniz Gizlilik Politikası'na göre işlenir. iOS'ta Apple Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir.
1. Hizmetin Kapsamı
- VetDosage, veteriner hekimler ve veteriner hekimliği öğrencileri için referans ve matematiksel hesaplama aracı olarak sunulur. Öğrenciler uygulamayı yalnızca bir veteriner hekimin gözetiminde kullanır.
- Girişten sonra meslek beyanı alınır. Yanlış beyanın sorumluluğu kullanıcıya aittir. "Hayvan sahibiyim" beyanında hesap ve cihaz uygulamaya kapanır.
- Uygulamadaki bilgiler ilaç ruhsatnamesi, prospektüs, SmPC veya vaka bazlı klinik değerlendirme yerine geçmez.
- Klinik karar, tedavi planı ve nihai doz sorumluluğu her zaman uygulamayı kullanan veteriner hekime aittir.
2. Erişim ve Ücretlendirme
- VetDosage belirli dönemlerde tüm kullanıcılar için ücretsiz lansman erişimi sunabilir.
- Ücretsiz lansman döneminde satın alma akışı kapalı olabilir veya sadece bilgilendirme modunda görünebilir.
- Ücretli döneme geçiş planlanırsa, uygulama kullanıcıya önceden bildirim gösterebilir.
- Abonelikler etkinleştirildiğinde ödeme ancak kullanıcının açık satın alma onayından sonra başlar.
- Aktif otomatik yenilenen aboneliklerde faturalama, yenileme, iptal ve iade süreçleri Apple tarafından yönetilir.

Ücretsiz lansman dönemi tek başına faturalama başlatmaz. Faturalama yalnızca ücretli erişim etkinleştirildiğinde ve kullanıcı satın almayı onayladığında başlar.
3. Veri İşleme Özeti
- Kimlik doğrulama: Supabase üzerinden e-posta / Apple / Google girişi
- Kullanım ölçümü: Hesapla ilişkili sınırlı uygulama olayları
- E-posta gönderimi: Giriş ve doğrulama e-postaları Resend (ABD) üzerinden gönderilir
- Yurt dışı aktarım: Sunucular Fransa'dadır (Supabase Pte. Ltd., Singapur); e-posta gönderimi ABD'dedir; bkz. Açık Rıza Metni
- Abonelik: RevenueCat ve Apple, yalnızca ticari akış aktif olduğunda

4. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
- Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla kullanacaksınız.
- Uygulamanın tersine mühendisliğini, kaynak kodunu çıkarmayı veya sistemi kötüye kullanmayı denemeyeceksiniz.
- Hesaplanan her dozu ve konsantrasyonu uygulamadan önce prospektüsten ve birincil kaynaktan doğrulayacaksınız.
- Uygulamadaki verileri yetkisiz ticari kopyalama veya yeniden dağıtma amacıyla kullanmayacaksınız.
- Hayvan adı ve notlar gibi serbest metin alanlarına hayvan sahibinin kişisel verisini yazmayacaksınız; yazarsanız ilgili aydınlatma ve rıza yükümlülüğü size aittir.
5. Klinik Sorumluluk ve Doğrulama Yükümlülüğü
Bu uygulama yalnızca veteriner hekimler ve veteriner hekimliği öğrencileri için hazırlanmış yardımcı bir referans ve matematiksel hesaplama aracıdır; tıbbi teşhis, tedavi tavsiyesi veya klinik karar yerine geçmez. Uygulama, hastanın klinik tablosunu, organ fonksiyonlarını, ırk ve türe özgü kontrendikasyonlarını veya kullanılan ticari ürünün güncel konsantrasyonunu değerlendiremez.
Kullanıcı (veteriner hekim; öğrenci kullanıcı da aynı yükümlülük altındadır):
- Uygulamanın sunduğu değerlerin genel referans özetleri olduğunu, veri tabanı veya yazılım kaynaklı maddi hatalar barındırabileceğini,
- Hastaya uygulanacak nihai dozun, uygulama yolunun ve ürün konsantrasyonunun (mg/mL) hastanın durumuna uygunluğunu uygulama öncesinde prospektüsten ve birincil kaynaktan bizzat doğrulamakla mesleki olarak yükümlü olduğunu,
- Bu doğrulama yapılmadan uygulama çıktısına dayanılarak yapılan uygulama veya reçetelerde, mesleki dikkat ve özen yükümlülüğünün ihlalinden doğan sorumluluğun işlemi uygulayan hekime ait olduğunu
kabul ve beyan eder. Bu madde beyan ekranında ayrıca onaylanır. Kasıt ve ağır kusur halleri saklıdır.
Birincil kaynak: ürünün onaylı prospektüsü ya da kısa ürün bilgisi (KÜB/SmPC) ile güncel kılavuzlar ve hakemli yayınlar.
6. Veri Kalitesi ve Düzeltme
- Doz verileri, ürünlerin onaylı bilgileri (prospektüs/KÜB) ve güncel kılavuzlar esas alınarak derlenir.
- Veri değişiklikleri yayımlanmadan önce bir veteriner hekim tarafından gözden geçirilir.
- Her veri güncellemesi bir sürüm numarası taşır.
- Yayımdan önce otomatik tutarlılık denetimleri çalıştırılır.
- Bu adımlar hatayı azaltmak içindir; hatasızlık güvencesi değildir. Doğruluk garanti edilmez.
- Hatalı ya da şüpheli bir değeri [email protected] adresine bildirebilirsiniz. Hasta güvenliğini etkileyebilecek bildirimler önce incelenir; doğrulanan hata bir sonraki veri güncellemesinde düzeltilir ya da ilgili kayıt yayından kaldırılır.
7. Garanti Reddi ve Sorumluluk Sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Açık veya zımni garanti verilmez.
VetDosage tanı koymaz ve hastaya özgü tedavi kararı vermez. Doz hesapları, protokol ve literatür özetleri ile reçete taslağı, veteriner hekimin kendi değerlendirmesine yardımcı referanslardır; reçeteyi düzenleyen ve imzalayan, tedaviyi belirleyen veteriner hekimdir. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde geliştirici, uygulamadaki bilgilere dayanılarak alınan klinik kararlardan doğan zararlardan sorumlu değildir; kasıt ve ağır kusur halleri saklıdır.
8. Fikri Mülkiyet ve Uygulanacak Hukuk
- Uygulamanın kaynak kodu ve VetDosage adı geliştiriciye aittir. Uygulamada geçen ticari adlar sahiplerine aittir; yalnızca ürünü tanımlamak için kullanılır ve ticari bir bağlantı ya da tavsiye anlamına gelmez. Bildirim için destek e-postasına yazabilirsiniz.
- Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

These Terms govern your use of the VetDosage mobile application. They are accepted by ticking the box on the declaration screen after sign-in. Your personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy. On iOS, the Apple Standard EULA also applies.
1. Scope of Service
- VetDosage is provided as a veterinary reference and mathematical calculation tool for veterinarians and veterinary students. Students use the app only under the supervision of a veterinarian.
- A professional declaration is taken after sign-in. The user is responsible for a false declaration. Declaring "I am an animal owner" closes the account and the device to the app.
- The information in the app does not replace product labels, SmPC documents, or case-specific clinical judgment.
- Clinical decisions, treatment plans, and final dosage responsibility always remain with the veterinarian using the app.
2. Access and Billing
- VetDosage may offer a temporary free-launch period with access for all users.
- During the free-launch period, the purchase flow may be disabled or shown only in informational mode.
- If a paid transition is planned, the app may provide advance notice in-app.
- When subscriptions are enabled, billing starts only after the user explicitly confirms a purchase.
- For active auto-renewable subscriptions, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple.

A free-launch period does not trigger Apple billing by itself. Billing begins only after paid access is enabled and the user confirms a purchase.
3. Data Handling Summary
- Authentication: email / Apple / Google sign-in through Supabase
- Analytics: limited account-linked app events
- Email delivery: sign-in and verification emails are sent through Resend (USA)
- Cross-border transfer: servers are in France (Supabase Pte. Ltd., Singapore); email delivery is in the USA; see the Explicit Consent text
- Subscriptions: RevenueCat and Apple only when the commercial flow is active
- Deletion requests: in-app account deletion or [email protected]
4. User Responsibilities
- You will use the app only for lawful purposes.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract source code from, or misuse the app.
- You will verify every calculated dose and concentration against the package insert and the primary source before administration.
- You will not commercially copy, republish, or redistribute the app's data without authorization.
- You will not enter an animal owner's personal data in free-text fields such as animal name and notes; if you do, the relevant notice and consent obligations rest with you.
5. Clinical Responsibility and Duty to Verify
This app is an auxiliary reference and mathematical calculation tool prepared only for veterinarians and veterinary students; it does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment advice or clinical judgment. The app cannot assess the patient's clinical picture, organ function, breed- or species-specific contraindications, or the current concentration of the commercial product used.
The user (veterinarian; a student user is under the same obligation) acknowledges and declares that:
- The values shown are general reference summaries and may contain factual errors arising from the database or the software;
- They are professionally obliged to personally verify the final dose, route and product concentration (mg/mL) for the patient against the package insert and the primary source before administration;
- For any administration or prescription based on the app's output without this verification, responsibility arising from breach of the duty of professional care rests with the veterinarian performing it.
This clause is separately confirmed on the declaration screen. Liability for intent and gross negligence is unaffected.
Primary source: the product's approved package insert or summary of product characteristics (SmPC), and current guidelines and peer-reviewed publications.
6. Data Quality and Corrections
- Dosage data is compiled from approved product information (package inserts/SmPC) and current guidelines.
- Data changes are reviewed by a veterinarian before release.
- Each data update carries a version number.
- Automated consistency checks run before release.
- These steps reduce errors; they do not guarantee their absence. Accuracy is not guaranteed.
- You can report an incorrect or doubtful value to [email protected]. Reports that may affect patient safety are reviewed first; a confirmed error is corrected in the next data update or the record is withdrawn.
7. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties.
VetDosage does not diagnose and does not make patient-specific treatment decisions. Dose calculations, protocol and literature summaries and the prescription draft are references that support the veterinarian's own assessment; the veterinarian issues and signs the prescription and decides the treatment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from clinical decisions made using information in the app; liability for intent and gross negligence is unaffected.
8. Intellectual Property and Governing Law
- The app's source code and the VetDosage name belong to the developer. Trade names shown in the app belong to their owners; they are used only to identify the product and imply no commercial relationship or recommendation. You can write to the support email with any notice.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
